This roaster features a 15 kg (33 lb.) drum capacity which can roast anywhere from 7 kg to 15 kg, giving your business the ability to roast smaller micro-lots of green coffee or run smaller batch sizes when especially dense green coffee beans require more heat distribution.

This Giesen roaster performs at the nexus of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. It's easy to use, flexible, and has a striking appearance fueled by Dutch craftsmanship that will sit beautifully in your cafe or roasting facility.

This roaster comes with two independent variable fans that allow you to control that airflow to not only change heat distribution but also to remove particulate matter that builds up throughout the roast.

This is Giesen's most automated version of the W15 and it is set up to run with Cropster roast automation.  An added environment temp thermocouple that provides more and better logging data than the stock W15 thermocouples.
